No. The native dashboards built into Dock Optimizer require no external BI tools. Power BI and Tableau connectors are available for teams that already have those licenses and want to combine Dock Optimizer data with other operational data sources.

Native dashboards reflect data in real time. Power BI and Tableau connectors support scheduled refresh (as frequent as every 15 minutes on standard plans) and can also be triggered on-demand.

Can we combine Dock Optimizer data with our WMS or TMS data in Power BI?

Yes. This is a primary use case for the Power BI and Tableau connectors. Combine dock appointment data with WMS order data and TMS shipment data to build end-to-end supply chain dashboards in a single report.

Yes. Dock Optimizer exposes a REST API with full OpenAPI 3 documentation. You can pull raw appointment, check-in, dwell time, and carrier data for custom reporting, data warehousing, or third-party integrations.
